All moving mechanical components are concealed and protected by a steel safety guard to prevent accidental access.

The mechanical ratchet is designed to move the mobile carriages during the installation. It can also provide partial accessibility in the event of a power failure when the mobile load is not too high. After the machine lockout, insert the ratchet in the designated hole and move each mobile carriage, one at a time.

The key switch activates and deactivates your system. Ladder security key switches are also available. The system is locked with these security features in motion, and the mobile system cannot move until the ladder key is inserted.

The safety controller is offered as an optional safety feature on every mobile system. There is one safety controller per mobile system and one in the power box. It continuously scans every safety feature and can react in less than one millisecond.

When the system is not surrounded by fixed units or walls, mesh panels fixed to the floor are used to delimit the access zones and ensure no user can enter a system without crossing the infrared entry curtains.
