- The large diameter wheels allows for a smooth movement and can seamlessly roll over the GREENRAK® 2.0 rails. Made of durable soft touch rubber compound providing a robust and safe solution. The user can easily and safely move the SpeedDeck while standing on it.
- Each SpeedDeck™️ includes a guardrail system that can be reconfigured to offer flexibility. Each side can stand independently to create the required configuration.
- The aluminum step ladder provides robust and safe access to the platform and can be quickly attached.
- Whether the user is at ground level or on the SpeedDeck™️, the locking brake mechanism can be engaged swiftly to prevent the mobile scaffold from moving and create a stable platform to work on.
- The SpeedDeck™️ can be folded rapidly when required. This unique feature is ideal for stowing one SpeedDeck™️ per room to avoid cross contamination between rooms and reduce the sterilization processes required. BENEFITS
- The entire GREENRAK® 2.0 mobile grow rack system is usable at any time when the SpeedDeckTM is folded thereby all aisles are always accessible as opposed to other decking platforms offered in the industry where the whole mobile system or some mobile units are converted into stationary units.
- Either with SpeedDeckTM folded or deployed, workflow is optimized since staff can still circulate besides the SpeedDeckTM as opposed to other decking platforms offered in the industry.
- The SpeedDeckTM allows for greater accessibility and flexibility anywhere in the aisle where SpeedDeckTM is mounted either folded or deployed as users can create a wider aisle of different widths, although limited to 36" (91.44 cm) or 42" (1.07 m) or 48" (1.22 m), as opposed to other decking platforms offered in the industry where the aisle and decking platform are very narrow and thereby limiting circulation, affecting workflow, and also preventing access to different tiers throughout an aisle.

Montel's SpeedDeckTM is compatible with Montel's GREENRAK® 2.0, GROW&ROLL® and GROWRAKTM 2.0 systems and ideal for systems up to 14' high.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Foldable Mobile Structure: Made of aluminum, the system provides a mobile platform for users to reach upper levels of their grow racks. The decking platform can be folded and stowed.
- C-Channel Guided Rail: The aluminum track supports and guides the mobile scaffold along the entire length of the growing system.
- Wheels: Minimum 16" (40.6cm) diameter and made of hard rubber compound.
- Guardrails: Aluminum guardrails can be installed independently on each side of the platform.
